Refund policy

If any of your colorimetry products are not to your liking, do not work, or do not fit, they may be returned within a 30-day period (from the date tracking says it was delivered) for a replacement or full refund, excluding shipping costs, as long as the product is not damaged (or worn) in any way. However, if the product is damaged by the customer, stolen, or lost, we will not accept a return. In the event that you decide to replace an item such as changing a size of an item that you originally ordered, return shipping costs are paid for by the customer. 

If your package arrived damaged, please take a picture of the parcel before opening it and take a picture of the parts that were damaged. Be sure to hold on to the damaged packaging and items until the claim is complete. 

In most cases damage claims can be filed immediately, and once we verify the damage to your order we can file a claim for you:

  • For US parcels: claims must be filed within the first 7-60 days of shipping the order. 
  • For international Parcels: claims must be filed within 7 days – 6 months of shipping the order

NOTE: Canvas prints are non-returnable, non-refundable. All canvas print sales are final. If you have purchased a canvas by mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order or it will be considered confirmed and non-refundable.
