We do not disclose any personal information with third parties. We do not hold onto your payment or credit card information to protect against fraud and scams. All payments are made through our secure system to ensure the safety of client data. We will never sell your data to a third party.

We will refund your Colorizer if it comes with faulty parts. Any customer inflicted damage to the Colorizer, including loss or theft, will not be refunded.

The Colorizer is not waterproof, and it is highly advised to keep it away from any liquids. The casing will provide some protection, but the LED board inside is susceptible to liquid damage.

Shipping

Yes, you can expect one in your email once your order has shipped.

Yes, we are able to ship international.

We generally try to have all orders packaged and shipped within 3 business days. This is subject to change on a situational basis, and we will inform the customer if there are any changes to this schedule.

If you have placed an order but wish to change the address, please contact us at Miles@colorimetrylights.com  and we will return your email within 1 business day.

All our items ship through USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 1 – 3 business days, but you should also account for 2 – 3 business day for processing and handling.

Returns

We accept returns only for technical faults that are ours. If your LEDs do not work, the casing is not secure, battery doesn’t connect ect. we will refund the product at no extra charge. However, if the product is damaged by the customer, stolen, or lost, we will not accept a return.

Email us at support@colorimetry.com and we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. If the product has already been shipped out, and the error is on our end, we will replace the correct item at no cost. Simply fill out the return sheet that will be sent to you after sending us an email. If the error is on the customer end, the product can be exchanged (assuming it is still in mint condition) at the cost of shipping. Please send returns to Returns@colorimetry.com

Submit a return request to Returns@colorimetry.com. We will get back to you within 2 business days. If your request is accepted, you will receive an email with a list of instructions and a form to return your product. We will cover shipping costs on returns.

Product Questions

Our books are designed for adults ages 18 and up.

We do everything we can to keep up with consistent information regarding our artists, however some artists will change their information without informing us. We update our information with every round of books published, but occasionally an artist will change their information in between publishing rounds and won’t be changed until the next round. We appreciate your understanding on this matter..

Left on, the batteries will last for 50+ hours.

The Colorizer is designed to work with art (coloring book pages, paintings, drawings, glass art, etc), however it does not work on anything. Red/Green/Yellow/Orange/Blue are the colors that have the most dramatic change. Due to the nature of the light and art, it is up to the customer to experiment and explore different mediums to find art that reacts the most dramatically.
